Q: Does the Smart Mask include mist or spray?
No. The mist is not built-in. The Comfyr™ Sleep Mist is a separate aromatherapy spray you apply to your pillow, bedding, or room to enhance relaxation and promote deeper sleep.

Q: Can I use the Sleep Mist with any mask?
Absolutely. The mist is safe to use with all Comfyr™ masks — or even on its own to relax your space before bed.

Care & Usage

Q: Are the masks washable?
Yes. All Comfyr™ masks are washable. We recommend hand-washing with mild soap and air-drying to maintain shape and softness.

Q: Is the Sleep Mist safe for skin or sensitive noses?
The mist is made with gentle ingredients like melatonin, magnesium, and almond oil. Avoid direct skin contact or inhaling close-up if you're sensitive. Spray lightly on fabric surfaces.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide — including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and more.

Q: How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately at contact@comfyr.com.

Returns & Guarantee

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 30-night comfort guarantee. If you’re not loving your Comfyr product, you can return it for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
