Q: What’s the difference between the Comfyr™ masks?
- Smart Sleep Mask: Built-in Bluetooth for wireless music and sounds, total blackout, adjustable comfort.
- Silk Sleep Mask: 100% Mulberry Silk, naturally soft and gentle on skin and hair, complete light blocking.
Q: Does the Smart Mask include mist or spray?
No. The Smart Mask includes Bluetooth audio and sleep-enhancing sounds, but mist is not built-in. Our Comfyr™ Sleep Mist is sold separately for added relaxation.
Q: Can I use the Sleep Mist with any mask?
Absolutely! The mist is safe to spray on your pillow, bedding, or room — perfect for pairing with both the Smart Mask and Silk Mask.
Care & Usage
Q: Are the masks washable?
Yes. Both masks are washable:
- Smart Mask: Remove the headphones before washing. Hand-wash gently, air-dry only.
- Silk Mask: Hand-wash with mild soap and air-dry to protect the silk’s softness and durability.
Q: Is the Sleep Mist safe for skin or sensitive noses?
The mist is made with soothing ingredients like melatonin and magnesium. We recommend spraying on fabrics, not directly on your skin. If you’re sensitive to scents, test lightly first.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and more.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact our team as soon as possible at contact@comfyr.com.
Returns & Guarantee
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 30-night comfort guarantee. If you’re not completely happy, you can return your product within 30 days (shipping costs excluded).
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, unless your product arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we’ll cover the return.
